The acoustic services start at pre-planning stage with up front advice and survey services assisting the developer overcome planning conditions by providing noise impact assessments to PPG24 and BS4142 and & vibration impact surveys to BS6472 and BS7385.

Modern sustainability criteria such as Code for Sustainable Homes and BREEAM for both domestic and non-domestic developments now features high credit ratings for sound insulation, privacy and internal and external noise design.

LABC Acoustics designs and tests to these sustainability requirements for all types of projects using BB93 Acoustics in Schools, HTM 08-01 Acoustics in Healthcare and Approved Document E Resistance to the Passage of Sound.
